When Is It Time To Replace?
All too often, roof system problems are discovered after leaking or other serious damage occurs. Inspections often can uncover cracked, warped or missing shingles and loose seams. Indoors, look for cracked paint, discolored plasterboard and peeling wallpaper as signs of damaged roof areas.
Generally, roofs will require replacement before any major issues such as blow offs or leaks occur. You can lessen the potential cost of replacement if replaced before serious problems arise.
